We are proud to publish the CSR commitments of Brousse Group, the first milestone in a collective approach that we are building together.
CSR is a shared responsibility that involves all our stakeholders: employees, partners, suppliers, customers, and the communities in which we operate.
At the heart of our CSR commitment lies a key challenge: significantly reducing our carbon footprint. Our preliminary analysis identified four decarbonization priorities: responsible purchasing, transportation, our buildings, and our impact on our local communities.

Our goals: formalize our supplier code of conduct, prioritize low-carbon transportation, manage and optimize our energy consumption, and create a positive impact on our local communities.
CSR is not a regulatory constraint; it is an opportunity to strengthen our company, retain our talent, strengthen our partnerships, and contribute positively to our communities.

CSR 2026 Groupe Brousse Commitments
A presence reinforced by the group’s two headquarters in the metropolitan area. Executives actively involved in business networks and organisations that contribute to the local community through cultural sponsorship or support for local associations. The Group is particularly proud to have been participating, through its Brousse & fils brand, in the sustainable and socially responsible Marsatac festival since 2021
The Marsatac music festival has been held in Marseille since 1999, and is one of France's leading urban and electronic music festivals, with a strong local presence and a reputation for young Marseilles artists.
Since 2008, the Marsatac Sustainable and Solidarity program has grown each year with new initiatives: waste management, eco-friendly mobility, social engagement, inclusion, solidarity, and accessibility. The festival is firmly committed, in line with its core values organized around five key pillars: Mobility, Cleanliness, Solidarity, Kindness, and Accessibility.
These are values that Groupe Brousse fully supports.
This partnership is aimed at modernizing the image of dates, introducing a younger audience to dried fruits and, above all, developing local art and culture through a festival that is committed to sustainability and solidarity.
