Following the purchase of the C.I.N.R.J. canned fruit and dried fruit business in 2014, Brousse Vergez launched a series of ambitious external growths to accelerate its development and diversification.

The BROUSSE group today regroups nine subsidiaries around the parent company, united by common values and specific know-how in the trade business.


Brousse Vergez

Created in 1946. Managed by Fabien (CEO), Jeremy & Stephan (Deputy Managing Directors) BROUSSE.

The parent company, operating in 2 major markets:

  • the supply of canned and dried ingredients for bakery and pastry professionals,
  • conventional and organic dried fruits.

BV CReation

Created in 2011. Fully owned subsidiary. Directed by Anne DAYEZ.

Creation and packaging workshop, specialized in the design and handcrafting of original and innovative dried fruit gift boxes.


axe fruit

Created in 2009, acquired in 2014. Fully owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jeremy & Stephan BROUSSE.

Entity dedicated to the industrial food-processing circuit commercializing all the group's fruit inclusions: dried superfruits, Mediterranean dried fruits, seeds, candied fruits...


BROUSSE GmbH (Germany)

Created in 2015. 70% subsidiary. Directed by Eva & Patrick STOLTZENBERG.

German company selling Mediterranean dried fruits and nuts to supermarket chains in Germany and Austria. 


AMBRO FOODS

Created in 2003, acquired in 2016. Fully owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jeremy & Stephan BROUSSE.

Entity specialized in the exclusive distribution in France of candied fruits for decoration and inclusion from the Neapolitan confectioner Ambrosio.


Arguydal

Created in 1985, acquired in 2017. Fully owned subsidiary. Directed by Anne BENARD.

Major player in the creation, manufacture and distribution of porcelain figurines and accessories for the Epiphany, in own collections or under licenses.


Euro partenaires

Created in 1992, acquired in 2018. Fully owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jeremy & Stephan BROUSSE.

Agro-food trading company specialized in canned fruits and vegetables for retail and foodservice, with a particular expertise in hearts of palm.


BROUSSE HOLLAND bv (Netherlands)

The PEANUT COMPANY, created in 1996, acquired in 2018. Fully owned subsidiary. Became BROUSSE HOLLAND BV in 2020.

Directed by Frank BOER. Dutch importer of Mediterranean dried fruits, especially Medjool and Deglet Nour dates.


DELIEUZE

Created in 1845, acquired in 2020. Fully owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jeremy & Stephan BROUSSE.

Specialized in the marketing of olives, Delieuze inspire the passion of the product and a family know-how transmitted through generations.


SUD VALUE

Launched in 2004, and managed by Gilles BUREAU, bought in 2022. Sud Value has more than 20-year experience in real estate and specializes in new developments linked to tax credit from the French government. Sud Value also offers properties for rent and for sale.
