 After acquiring the C.I.N.R.J. canned fruit and dried fruit business in 2014, Brousse Vergez embarked on a series of ambitious external growths to accelerate its development and diversification.

Today, the BROUSSE group is made of nine subsidiaries alongside the parent company, united by common values and specific expertise in the trading business.


Brousse Vergez

Created in 1946. Managed by Fabien (CEO), Jérémy & Stéphan (Deputy Managing Directors) BROUSSE.

The parent company, operates in 2 major markets:

  • Supplying canned and dried ingredients for bakery and pastry professionals
  • Providing conventional and organic dried fruits

BV CReation

Established in 2011. Fully-owned subsidiary. Led by Anne DAYEZ. 

Creation and packaging workshop, specializing in the design and handcrafting of unique and innovative gift boxes featuring dried fruits.


axe fruit

Created in 2009, acquired in 2014. Fully-owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jérémy & Stéphan BROUSSE.

This entity is dedicated to the industrial food-processing circuit, where it markets the group's fruit inclusions, including dried superfruits, Mediterranean dried fruits, seeds, and candied fruits.


BROUSSE GmbH (Germany)

Created in 2015. 70% subsidiary. Led by Eva & Patrick STOLTZENBERG.

German company selling Mediterranean dried fruits and nuts to supermarket chains in Germany and Austria. 


AMBRO FOODS

Created in 2003, acquired in 2016. Fully owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jeremy & Stephan BROUSSE.

Entity specialized in the exclusive distribution in France of candied fruits for decoration and inclusion from the Neapolitan confectioner Ambrosio.


Arguydal

Established in 1985, acquired in 2017. Fully-owned subsidiary. Led by Anne BENARD.

Major player in the creation, manufacture and distribution of porcelain figurines and accessories for the Epiphany, in own collections or under licenses.


Euro partenaires

Established in 1992, acquired in 2018. Fully-owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jeremy & Stephan BROUSSE.

Agro-food trading company specialized in canned fruits and vegetables for retail and foodservice, with a particular expertise in hearts of palm.


BROUSSE HOLLAND bv (Netherlands)

The PEANUT COMPANY, established in 1996, acquired in 2018. Fully-owned subsidiary. Became BROUSSE HOLLAND BV in 2020.

Under the leadership of Frank BOER, it serves as a Dutch importer of Mediterranean dried fruits, with a focus on Medjool and Deglet Nour dates


DELIEUZE

Created in 1845, acquired in 2020. Fully-owned subsidiary. Managed by Fabien, Jérémy & Stéphan BROUSSE.

The company specializes in the marketing of olives, channeling a passion for the product and a family expertise passed down through generations.


SUD VALUE

Established in 2004 by Gilles BUREAU, Sud Value was acquired in 2022. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, the company specializes in new developments connected to tax credits provided by the French government. Sud Value also offers properties for both rent and sale.
