About us

Our Business: AGRO-food Trading


BROUSSE is an independent, family run, agro-food trading Group focused on international expansion. It specializes in ingredients for the Bakery & Pastry sector and dried, candied or canned fruit and vegetables.


The main mission of BROUSSE is to develop and maintain direct-producer channels throughout the world and sell safe, quality products meeting buyers' standards and expectations. Since we are not a producer, a manufacturer or a wholesaler, we have to have strict requirements in the selection of our suppliers and the supervision of the raw materials that we put on the market, with a high level of service provided to our customers.

Food safety is at the heart of our company policy, our first priority being to guarantee the supply of safe products, in compliance with expectations and regulations.

oUR FIELDS OF expertise:

RAW MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS FOR THE BAKERY & PASTRY INDUSTRY

  • Canned and dried ingredients for Bakery & Pastry (fruits in syrup "Pastry Quality", fruit fillings, catering ingredient preserves, dried fruits…).
  • Candied fruits for inclusion or decoration.
  • Small hand-painted porcelain figurines and accessories related to the feast of Epiphany.

PRESERVED FRUIT & VEGETABLES

  • Canned vegetables, with particular expertise on hearts of palm and artichokes.
  • Olives (green, black, Greek style or stuffed) in bag, jar, can or bucket.
  • Canned fruits for Foodservice and Retail, including apricots, pears, peaches, pineapples, cherries or fruit cocktail.

CONVENTIONAL AND ORGANIC DRIED FRUITS

      • Dehydrated and dried fruits, with a historical core business on Mediterranean fruits (dates, figs, apricots, raisins), as well as exotic fruits, superfruits, seeds and gift boxes.
