BROUSSE stands as an independent, family-operated agro-food trading group with a strong emphasis on global expansion. Our expertise centers on catering to the Bakery & Pastry sector by offering specialized ingredients, as well as dried, candied, and canned fruits and vegetables.


The primary mission of BROUSSE is to build and maintain premium supply chains throughout the world, facilitating the sale of secure, high-quality products that align with the standards and expectations of buyers. As we do not function as producers, manufacturers, or wholesalers ourselves, we maintain stringent criteria when selecting our suppliers and overseeing the raw materials we introduce to the market. This entails delivering a superior level of service to our customers..

oUR FIELDS OF expertise:

RAW MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS FOR THE BAKERY & PASTRY INDUSTRY

  • Canned and dried ingredients for the Bakery & Pastry sector ( "Pastry Quality" fruits in syrup, fruit fillings, catering preserves, dried fruits).
  • Candied fruits for inclusion anddecoration.
  • Small hand-painted porcelain figurines and accessories related to the feast of Epiphany.

PRESERVED FRUIT & VEGETABLES

  • Canned vegetables, with a distinct focus on hearts of palm and artichokes.
  • Olives (green, black, Greek style or stuffed) in a bag, jar, can or bucket.
  • Canned fruits for Foodservice and Retail, including apricots, pears, peaches, pineapples, cherries, fruit cocktail.

CONVENTIONAL AND ORGANIC DRIED FRUITS

      • Dehydrated and dried fruits, with a historical core business centered on Mediterranean fruits (dates, figs, apricots, raisins), as well as exotic fruits, superfruits, seeds and gift boxes.
